Is dry cleaning included in the rental price?

Yes! Dry cleaning is completely covered, so there’s no need to clean your dress before returning it. Full care instructions can be found in our T&Cs.

Can I try on a dress before booking?

Absolutely! You can book an in-person try-on appointment [here]. If you want to make sure a specific dress is available on the day, just send us a quick message on Instagram!

Can I have my dress posted one way and return it in person?

Yes, you can! We offer local returns from Pascoe Vale, or postage is $14 each way (return label is $28 if booked together).

Do I need to pay a deposit?

To secure your dress, full payment is required either online or in boutique. Prefer to pay a 50% deposit? Just reach out and we’ll organise it for you.
